Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your pk995 balance. pk995 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.
Withdrawals from pk995 are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or the primary verified payment method on your account. You warrant that all funds deposited to your pk995 account are legitimately owned by you and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. pk995 reserves the right to refuse deposits or restrict withdrawals where there are reasonable grounds to suspect financial misconduct.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through pk995 are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to your pk995 Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal request containing bonus-derived funds can be processed.
